PHOTOSHOOT PHOTOGRAPHER CONTRACT COPY

1. Photoshoot & Description.

Photoshoot Date 1: Saturday March 26th, 2022

Location: Miami, FL. Exact location TBD

Photoshoot Date 2: Sunday April 3rd , 2022

Start Time: TBD

Location: SLT, Missouri. Exact location TBD

Additional Information and/or Services Requested:

1. A model call will be posted to recruit participants to model our soon to be released outfit.

2. There is no minimum number of participants required.

3. The outfits will be sent by the Client. The Photographer will distribute the outfits at the shooting location.

4. Pictures should include a minimum of 5 individual shots per model and group pictures.

5. All pictures described above should be fully edited and meet Instagram’s size requirements.

6. The edited pictures will be delivered on or before 2 weeks after the shooting date.

7. Behind the scenes pictures and videos can be posted; however, the outfit must be covered if the outfit has not been released.

8. There will be no posting of pictures of the outfit until the release date and after the go-ahead has been given by Andrea Carola Apparel.

9. Sell or exchange of any material obtained during this photoshoot is strictly prohibited.

10. Pictures would be shared with participants and brands involved (collaborators) during the photoshoot for future use in social media and websites.

11. If there are ACA ambassadors participating in the photo shoot, there will be a few extra pictures taken wearing a second ACA outfit.

2. Payment.

Total Fee for Services: A fee of $100 per person will be paid to the Photographer. Payment will be made as follows: A 50% deposit will be paid to the photographer at the model call booking time, with the remaining 50% to be paid on the day of the photoshoot once the photographic session has ended.

Traveling Fee: None

3. Cancellation.

Deposit refunded in full if “Photographer” cancels or does not show up to the photoshoot. Unless a suitable replacement is provided by the “Photographer”, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing.

4. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.
